Our mission is to reduce offending and homelessness, elevate quality of life, unlock untapped potential, and empower individuals to become active, positive forces within their communities.

AIR has been transforming lives for well over a decade. What began as a small network has grown into a nationwide movement, walking alongside thousands of people facing some of life’s toughest challenges.
From classrooms to communities, from prison gates to family homes — AIR has been there. Our mentors have helped young people find confidence, families rediscover hope, and communities build safer, stronger foundations.
We exist for one purpose: to make sure no one is left behind. Every person we meet is given the chance not only to cope, but to thrive.
