Who We Are

OVERVIEW

With over two decades of dedicated experience, AIR CIC has been at the forefront of empowering society’s most vulnerable and excluded individuals. We work with people overcoming the challenges of reoffending, addiction, homelessness, and mental health issues. Through our free support and diverse range of transformative experiences and activities, we inspire lasting change, promote recovery, and help individuals build brighter futures.

What sets us apart is that many of our staff have walked the same path as those we serve, bringing invaluable insight, empathy, and lived experience into everything we do. This deep understanding allows us to provide tailored, realistic, and meaningful support.

At AIR CIC, we believe true transformation isn’t just about overcoming challenges—it’s about equipping individuals with the skills, resilience, and support they need to achieve long-term success and a positive future.

OUR VISION

We envision a future where disadvantaged individuals across the UK are empowered to lead fulfilling, healthy lives and reach their full potential, with the support and opportunities they deserve.
OUR MISSION

We exist to create transformative change, offering a platform for the hardest to reach, most disadvantaged, and vulnerable individuals. Our mission is to reduce offending and homelessness, elevate quality of life, unlock untapped potential, and empower individuals to become active, positive forces within their communities.

Our Reach

Since our founding, AIR CIC has consistently expanded our reach across the UK—transforming the lives of some of the most disadvantaged individuals in our communities. Through our unique Walk-Alongside Mentoring, housing support, early intervention work with young people, and innovative education, sports, and training programmes, we’ve been able to engage, empower, and uplift thousands of individuals facing complex challenges.

Thanks to our committed team—many of whom bring lived experience—we’re not only supporting those in need, but also building safer, stronger, and more inclusive communities.
